Delete your account
You can delete your Milk & Meat account, published by The Foley Collective, LLC, and the data saved to it. Here is how, and what happens.
Option 1: delete inside the app
- Open Menu, then My account, and sign in.
- Open Delete my member account.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Choose Permanently delete my member account. Your account is deleted.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email support@milkandmeatdaily.com from the address you used to create the account. Put Delete my account in the subject line. We will reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm you own the address before we delete anything.
We will delete your account within 30 days of confirming your request.
What is deleted

| Notes saved only on your device (no account) | Not affected. Remove them by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. |
What to know first
- Deleting cannot be undone. You can download your data first: in My account, choose Download my data.
- Backups. Copies in our backups may remain until they are overwritten, for up to 30 days.
- Emails. Once your account is deleted we stop sending you email about it.
